A retractable banner rolls into an aluminum base for storage. An X banner uses a separate graphic held at its corners by an exposed tension frame. They use different hardware and artwork finishing.
Which retractable banner widths are available?
The available graphic sizes are 31.5 x 78.7 inches and 33.5 x 78.7 inches, listed width first. Select the width before preparing the final artwork and allow space for the base.
Does the printed artwork extend inside the retractable base?
The hardware needs a take up allowance where the graphic enters the base. Keep important content in the visible area. The exact allowance must come from the template for the selected model; it is not a generic extra measurement.
Is the retractable banner light included?
The starting configuration has no light. Add the LED banner light through the lighting option if needed, and plan a compatible power source at the venue.
Can I replace only the retractable banner graphic?
A replacement must match the base model, graphic width, attachment, and take up allowance. Send the original model details before ordering a graphic so compatibility can be checked.
