What may be covered
A product specific warranty may cover verified manufacturing defects in hardware or printing during the stated coverage period.
What is normally excluded
Normal wear, fading from exposure, improper setup, misuse, accidents, wind or weather damage, unapproved alterations, and ordinary variation between screen and printed color are generally excluded unless the order states otherwise.
Safe use
Follow all setup, anchoring, weight, weather, and care instructions. Canopies and flags should be taken down in severe weather. Never leave temporary event hardware unattended when conditions are unsafe.
Starting a claim
Submit the order reference, product name, clear photos or video, and a description of the issue through the contact form. Keep all parts and packaging until the review is complete.
