Production timing
The product page may show a planning estimate. The confirmed quote states the current production estimate for the exact configuration and quantity. Revisions, missing artwork, quantity changes, holidays, and rush requests can change the schedule.
Freight and delivery
Shipping is calculated after the packed dimensions, destination, service level, and order value are known. Large packages may require freight service, a delivery appointment, or special access.
Tracking and inspection
Tracking is provided when available. Inspect cartons before signing for freight and note visible damage with the carrier. Photograph damaged cartons before opening them and retain all packaging during a claim.
Delays
Carrier and production delays can occur. If BoothBright cannot ship within the promised time, customers will receive notice and the option to consent to the revised timing or cancel for a refund when required by law.
International production
Some products may be produced by qualified international manufacturing partners and imported for fulfillment. The confirmed quote identifies timing and any known freight considerations.
