Who you are dealing with
BoothBright is a brand operated by 2BlockMedia LLC. References to BoothBright in these terms mean 2BlockMedia LLC operating under the BoothBright brand, and that company is the party to any order it accepts.
Quotes and order acceptance
Website prices are quoted in USD for the configuration shown and remain subject to BoothBright confirming the product configuration, artwork, production schedule, freight, taxes, and delivery details in writing. An order is accepted when BoothBright issues written confirmation and receives any required payment.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, font, trademark, and other item you submit. You give BoothBright and its production partners permission to use that material only as needed to prepare proofs and fulfill your order.
Proof approval
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, orientation, quantities, and visible production details. Production begins only after written proof approval. Changes after approval may require a new quote and schedule.
Custom production
Custom printed items are made for the approved order and may have normal production tolerances in color, size, seam placement, and finishing. BoothBright will identify material product changes before production whenever reasonably possible.
Shipping and delays
Shipping and arrival dates are estimates unless BoothBright expressly agrees otherwise in writing. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, BoothBright will provide the delay options and refunds required by applicable law.
SMS messaging terms
BoothBright, a brand operated by 2BlockMedia LLC, may send text messages to customers who voluntarily opt in by checking the text message box on a BoothBright form. Messages cover requested quote follow ups, customer support, order confirmations, production status, and shipping and delivery updates. These are service messages only; opting in is not a blanket agreement to receive marketing texts. Message frequency varies with the activity on your request or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, and reply HELP for assistance. You can also reach support at any time through the contact page instead of by text. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. How text message information is handled is described in our Privacy notice.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, BoothBright is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by California law, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
