Information you provide
This may include your name, company, contact details, event date, design notes, uploaded logos or artwork, product choices, and order information.
How information is used
BoothBright may use information to prepare designs and quotes, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
Text messaging is entirely optional. If you check the text message box on a BoothBright form and provide a mobile number, BoothBright may text you about a quote you requested, customer support, order confirmations, production status, and shipping and delivery. These are service messages about work you asked for, not marketing campaigns. Mobile information, including text messaging opt in data and consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. BoothBright may use service providers as necessary to operate its services, but SMS opt in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. A messaging service provider processes this information only as necessary to deliver and support messages sent on BoothBright's behalf, which is not a transfer of your consent to another sender or for another sender's purposes. Reply STOP to any message to revoke consent, and reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can also contact support through the contact page instead of by text.
Design drafts and browser storage
The website may use browser storage to remember a project cart or unfinished design on the same device. Clearing browser data may remove those local drafts.
Counting visits
Counting visits to public pages is optional and switched off unless you turn it on yourself in the visit counting settings further down this page. There is no pop up asking for it. When it is on, only the public page address is counted, never your artwork, cart, design work, search terms, or saved design references, and it is never used for advertising. You can turn it off again on this page at any time.
Service providers
Information may be shared with hosting, payment, shipping, design, messaging, and manufacturing providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service and fulfill a request. Those providers may act only on BoothBright's instructions for that purpose. In particular, text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any provider or affiliate for that party's own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the contact form. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, security, or legal obligations.
