Design for distance first
The canopy valance is often seen before the rest of the booth. Use a short name or message, strong contrast, and enough breathing room for the design to read quickly.
- Keep the primary message short
- Use one dominant logo
- Avoid placing small text on the roof
- Repeat essential branding on multiple visible sides
Give every surface a role
The roof creates recognition, the valance carries the brand name, the back wall tells the larger story, and the table cover finishes the foreground. Coordinating those roles keeps the booth from feeling crowded.
Check the proof at real size
A production proof should confirm spelling, placement, color intent, dimensions, and visible seams. Zoom in for technical details, then zoom out to judge the overall hierarchy.
Turn the plan into a display.
Build the display online or send your brand to the BoothBright design team.
