Start with the space you are given

Confirm the event organizer's exact footprint before choosing a tent. A larger canopy is not helpful when the assigned booth is only 10 x 10 ft.

Leave room for visitors, tables, displays, storage, and a clear entrance. A beautiful booth still needs an easy path through it.

  • 10 x 10 ft: one table and a compact team
  • 10 x 15 ft: added demo or product space
  • 10 x 20 ft: two zones or a larger activation

Match the walls to the goal

An open canopy feels welcoming from several directions. A full back wall creates a stronger visual anchor and hides the area behind the booth. Half walls define the footprint without closing it off.

  • Open: maximum access
  • Back wall: strongest brand surface
  • Half walls: structure with visibility
  • Full walls: privacy or weather coverage

Plan transport before ordering

Frame material, walls, weights, and accessories affect packed size and total handling weight. Confirm vehicle space and who will set up the display before finalizing the package.

Turn the plan into a display.

Build the display online or send your brand to the BoothBright design team.
